Located in Germany's Black Forest, the Burgbach Waterfall is one of the country's highest free falling waterfalls at 105 feet tall. The home of Hansel and Gretel, Sleeping Beauty, and Rapunzel, the Black Forest (Schwarzwald) is lush and magical, and has you feeling as if you might stumble upon a witch's den at any moment. The short, forested hike to this tucked-away waterfall (wasserfall) passes by old rock walls and is partially paved with stone steps, adding to the ancient feel.
